The Judging Panel

A panel of at least five judges (comprised of Tamburitzans staff and local experts in the fields of musical, vocal, and dance performance) will be involved in the selection process. Each applicant will be given a listing of the panel members on the day of the audition. This panel will be headed
by the Managing Director of the Tamburitzans. All panel members have a professional obligation not to discuss the audition proceedings with anyone other than another panel member.
