Initial audition a maximum
15-minute presentation displaying all dance, instrumental
and vocal talent. |

Can be presented in Pittsburgh at
general auditions in February, or via videotape
if travel is not possible. |

Semi-finalists (chosen from all applicants
by a highly-qualified panel of experts) are then
invited to a subsequent all-day evaluation of talent
and potential; no specific preparation necessary
for this stage. |

Finalists are chosen and interviewed. |
 |
Final selections and notifications
are then made. |
 |
Who Should Audition?
Current high school seniors, recent high school
graduates and college undergraduates talented
in the disciplines of dance, instrumental, and/or
voice performance may audition for the upcoming
season.
When Are Auditions Held?
General auditions for the Tamburitzans performing
season will be held on February 3rd & 4th, 2010 at the Tamburitzans
Administration Building, 1801 Blvd. of the Allies,
Pittsburgh, PA.
What if I can't make it to Pittsburgh
to Audition?
If travel to Pittsburgh is not possible, applicant
must submit a 15-minute VHS, DVD, or Mini-DV video audition by
February 1st. |
